The 4 steps Compliance plus process

1. Setup the learning environment:

• Add employees
• Create administrators with varying permissions
• Create a hierarchy of groups

2. Create courses:

• Upload existing Word or PowerPoint documents or link to documents in the Resource Library (optional module)
• Set course parameters
• Create a test using any of the 7 question types
• Link questions to media (images, video)

3. Deploy the course:

• Assign courses to one employee or a group
• Make available any off-line content such as DVDs

4. Monitor the progress and analyse results:

• Create reports for complete & incomplete courses
• Re-assign failed courses
