What is MacXimist?

MacXimist is a very flexible Performance Evaluation and Assessment Program that measures and evaluates business units, processes or employee actions against planned corporate values, objectives and required competencies. The Internet and database management programs simplify and speed the collection, processing, storage and availability of the information.

All business operations and processes have Key Elements that go to determining the overall performance outcome of an entire operation or just a specific segment. There are also an unlimited number of Topics within the functions of each Element which affect the quality and efficiency of its output.

The MacXimist application measures, then evaluates and reports on the competencies or efficiencies of these elements through specifically scoped category examinations and provides a targeted action pathway for improvement.

The MacXimist online program allows businesses to have their operations and processes cost effectively self-assessed or evaluated by either an internal or external specialist delivering a detailed report on the levels of competency within each element and the overall procedure.

MacXimist strengthens its analysis credibility in both the self-assessment or specialist controlled survey modes by allowing for a controlled number of anonymous responses to its various assessment levels. These segmented responses are combined to produce a cross-section aggregated report which achieves a more relevant surveyed result.

It must be emphasised that MacXimist is an application or tool that allows users to build or load their organisation’s specifically required content for a review and its associated weighting criteria.

Once this review has been built and allocated to a Client (name given to the entity/item that will be reviewed) the specific report cannot be modified as the outcome of the review will be locked in the history database which needs protection from modification for credibility of the outcome.

To modify or update a specific review it is simply a matter of creating a new version of the existing review. This process automatically creates the latest version for use and archives the old version. Once this has been done adding, deleting or modifying its contents can be affected until the new version has been used. MacXimist has been designed around the SMART business process:
