What is Survey plus?
Measuring the perceptions of your employees, contractors, customers, suppliers and other stakeholders (e.g. franchisees) provides you with important feedback and information about your organisation. Well designed and managed surveys will collect data about the competencies of your people, needs analysis for training programs, employees perceptions about management, customer impressions regarding product, service and staff, and much more.
Building your surveys

You can create and administer multiple surveys and copy your existing surveys to save time creating new material

Question types can be in many formats – multiple choice, yes/no, true/false, select several statements, rank the statements, Likert Scale type, and short answer for requesting comments (including that all-encompassing “is there anything else we should know?”)

Questions can be divided into sections (Topics) to segregate results
Assigning the surveys

The surveys can be assigned for anonymous replies to protect privacy, or to collect specific opinions from employees and external stakeholders

Assignment can be sent by e-mail to selected participants or groups, the survey questions then accessed by simply clicking on the ‘link’ in the received e-mail

Survey questions can be printed for a participant to complete in hard copy
Results and reporting

Survey answers are available in various formats including the option to export as a CSV file and with outputs for 2003 and 2007 Excel

The Response Analysis is a summarised report of each reply including the number of questions answered, number of comments entered, when the response was made and the time taken
